Nothing you upload is published
Job SuitUp is a private workspace. The resumes and job descriptions you add are visible only to you, in your own account. There is no public profile, no shared link, no directory and no feed. Documents leave the service only when you export them yourself, as a PDF or a Word file, and send them where you choose.
Because nothing is displayed to other users, there is no material here for a third party to find, and no takedown mechanism is needed.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to what you upload. We process it only to provide the service you asked for: parsing your resume, analysing it against a job description, and generating the edits you accept or reject. You must own or have the right to use what you upload.
Raising a copyright concern
If you believe something in Job SuitUp infringes your copyright, including anything on our own marketing pages or blog, write to nicsi.production@gmail.comwith the subject line “Copyright”. Tell us what work you own, where you saw it, and how to reach you. We will look into it and respond.
If we ever add a feature that publishes user content, we will register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish a full notice-and-takedown procedure here before that feature ships.
Your data
For how long we keep your documents, how to export everything, and how to delete your account and its contents, see the Privacy Policy.
